Used to clean spike heels on a pair of high heels?
This is used to make caps for Brownies. Warm, damp wool felt is inserted and the shaper is clamped shut with the moving slide. When the hat is dry the fairies will decorate it with dew drops for the Brownies.
I never found out what the name or use was for this implement. Help?
