Love One Another

wisdom

Thank you, friends, for your generous wisdom and kindness in your comments and messages regarding the woman who thought I was 75. It wasn't the age thing that got me; it was that she thought she could insult me by saying I was too old for Yann while flirting with him.

What does age have to do with love?

I firmly believe and hold it as truth that the most important thing we can do is to love one another. And it doesn't matter who you are, what color you are, what sex you are, what religion or not you believe in, if the one you love is older than yourself or younger, or if you are handicapped or mentally challenged, or what sexual orientation you lean towards, or whatever pronouns you use, or if you are left-leaning, or vegan, or like mayonnaise instead of butter, or what size you are. Loving one another is what matters.

Thank you for your constant affirmation.

You make my blog a good place to land.

  2. Reminds me of a Bruce Lee quote;
    ‘Never regret being a good person to the wrong people. Your behavior says everything about you and their behavior say enough about them.’

    Corey –
    That woman was just plain rude! You have such a joyful spirit that shows thru in your photos. Plus IMO you & French Husband look to be the same age.
    Please continue to show your joyful spirit

    Corey, don’t give this woman any time or energy as she is not worth it. It’s meaningless what other people think. She insulted you and that is mean-spirited, what kind of person does that? Rise above all this nonsense and be happy in your life with Yann, your children, and grandchildren.
