How Do They Do It?

s

I just woke up.

My dad would have said,

"A day late, a dollar short."

No post is the consequence.

The day it just slipped away.

How do teachers of small children do it?

Teaching is not praised as much as it should be. If each person taught a class for one full day, they would understand the incredible stamina, patience, and capability to be with 20 or more little personalities, not counting their parents. Teachers have my respect; why do they seem to be undervalued and unappreciated?

AND HOW DO THEY NOT GET SICK ALL YEAR LONG?

Since my grandchildren were born, I have had more colds, coughs, digestion problems, and back aches than I have had in all my life. I know I am not a "Spring Chicken," as my mother would say, but nevertheless!

PS

I took a photo of a collage at the brocante the other day.

The history of learning to ride;

Teachers are so important and it is much more difficult to teach than when I was an English and Spanish teacher decades ago. Schools have had to do things that parents used to do. The teachers I know have to deal with a lot more issues than I did. I so admire them and I do value what they do for our children. My grandson loves school and has had excellent, caring teachers. They should be the highest paid people in the workforce.

  2. My son is a most excellent teacher as is his wife.
    I commend them always
Teachers make all other profession possible
God bless all the teachers out there

The salaries of teachers and sports figures should be transposed!

  4. After awhile I think parents and teachers build up some immunity.
I know I was a sick the first few years my grandson was in school and at the beginning of each year.

  5. I have been more poorly since my granddaughter turned toddler. She’s not in school yet, but often goes to soft play places. I dread to think of all the germs when she starts school. We’ll all develop better immunity in time. I hope!
