“Everyone, Everyone, Everyone,”

CF00792B-D0AB-485D-9261-5BB085691B2B

Pope Francis' statements, issued in reply to cardinals who had requested clarity on the church's position,

Pope Francis said,

"We cannot be judges who only deny, reject, and exclude."

In his opening homily Wednesday for the synod, the Pope said that,

"Everyone, everyone, everyone," must be allowed in.

At last, let it be.

And then maybe one day, women can be Priests,

and then married people too,

and I will shout, Hallelujah!

Love is love.

I hope I see the day.

  1. This is an interesting take. And one of the reasons I converted to Orthodoxy. “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou should est take them out of the world, but that thou shoulders keep them from evil.” John 17:11, 14-15

I would love to see this happen. As a practicing Catholic my husband and I always disagreed on this subject. He told me priests at one time did marry but became distracted with family duties and also were stealing money from the church. My response was so now what has been going on in the church with the priests is better???? These rules were all man made not ordered by Jesus. It’s time to wake up and make changes.

I Love this man and Pope. He is a true and courageous Spiritual Leader for these times. The world is blessed with him in it.
