My family is meeting up in Willows.
I can see the lane to my mother's home,
I can hear the fire crackling in the fireplace,
and smell the cookies being made,
and I long to hug my mom!

I missed this! I’ve been crazy busy cooking for a friend who just had knee surgery and I decided, after I already had all of my winter decorating done, to haul everything out of a very large storage closet here in my apartment to purge and reorganize so created chaos again that I just got corrected yesterday. So glad you are all convening at your Mom’s. Have a wonderful time!
