Legos are colorful, interlocking plastic bricks that inspire creativity and imagination, allowing builders to create endless designs and structures. Since 1949.
Sacha is here for the holidays, and we’re considering hiding his passport. It’s a serious conversation among Yann, Chelsea, and me, but Sacha thinks we’re joking.
The other day, Sacha asked Gabriel, “Do you like to play with Legos?” Gabriel replied that he loved playing with Legos, but he usually played with them at his other grandmother’s house because she had a lot. Sacha smirked and said, “I’m sure I have more.” Gabriel just shook his head in doubt while giving that look like oh yeah, right.
They went to the garage to gather up Sacha’s and Yann’s Legos. When Gabriel saw the boxes—enough to stack as high as the Eiffel Tower—his mouth dropped open. He ran back to the house and exclaimed, “I’m so happy! This is the best day ever!” Sacha looked at him and asked, “So, do I have more Legos than your other grandmother?”
When Sacha was little, and probably even to this day, the only thing he ever wanted for Christmas was Legos. Now, Sacha is also a Lego King in Gabriel’s eyes.
