Love this idea. Focus on the joy (@DrShanteSays on IG says “joy is a form of resistance.”) I shall resist daily.
When I turned 52, my SIL Sarah gave me a jar with 52 things she loved about me. I think what meant the most to me, besides the time and thought that went into the gift, was the fact that I felt SEEN, not to mention loved.
