In a Pinch Perfect Pavlova

Here’s a delightful, easy way to make the picture-perfect Pavlova—no baking skills required! Say what? Let’s create a cheat!

Start by crumbling some lovely, crunchy meringue. Layer it into a glass container, then add a little homemade raspberry jam, followed by freshly whipped cream. Toss in some chopped fresh raspberries for that fruity touch. Layer the meringue, jam, and raspberries, repeating as you go.

To finish, top with a bit more whipped cream, a few extra raspberries, and a sprig of mint for that perfect finishing touch. With just three ingredients—crumbled meringue, fresh whipped cream, raspberry jam, and fresh raspberries—you’ll have what Olivia says, “a wow!”

If need be you can use canned whipped cream and store bought jam. Other fruits and jams can be used- even a mix of the two let your creativity flow.

  1. Coincidentally, I watched the episode of the GBBO (for the third time – it relaxes me) in which the bakers were asked to make a vegan pavlova. Pavlova is the definition of the confection! I love this version which looks special and delicious despite how quickly it comes together.

  4. When I was at the market yesterday I thought on this post. I said to myself I should look for some meringue, but then I talked myself out of it. Now why did I do that? It looks so decadent and delicious. All the things I would love put together in one jar.
